Grad Student

Bingxin (Bing) Mo

Bing joined the lab in July 2022. She is currently a first-year graduate student in the Behavioral Neuroscience program at MSU. She graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Developmental Psychology, and later received her Master’s in Anatomy & Neurobiology from Boston University in 2022. Bing’s research interests focus on addiction and the neural circuits that underlie it. She is currently examining the mesostriatal dopaminergic pathway (VTA-NAc) and its function in mediating the memory of drug consumption, which subsequently disrupts drug-seeking behaviors. In her free time, Bing likes to try different cooking recipes, and also enjoys exploring different scenic hiking trails around the Lansing area.
